Fall Fashion Trends 2014

by Sep 8, 2014blog

It’s that time of year again where we are still hot here in South FL but the world of fashion continues to tempt us with beautiful fall clothes that we just can’t bear to try on right now. Well, I think you should get over it and at least try a few of these trends as they can be found in lightweight fabrics and color palettes, and will work nicely with much of your summer wardrobe, for a perfect transitional wardrobe.

Plaids will be found in tops, bottoms, dresses, coats and yes, a version of, in bags and shoes. Easily worn right now as long as you stay away from wool and flannel…You can buy that later on in the season.

Camouflage is always easy to wear, and you can find this trend in tops and bottoms. The print transitions nicely from the light summer colors and fabrics to the darker heavier fabrics in late fall. It is a very modern, hip print to add to your wardrobe to update your otherwise beloved dark denim look.

The new chelsea boot. Ankle boots are huge for fall again and the Chelsea is getting an update. Chains, studs, buckles and the simple classic menswear style, boot will be seen everywhere for Fall and can easily be paired with shorts, skirts and dresses. So, South Florida ladies, ditch the flip flops and start adapting to our cooler temps coming someday soon!

Accessorize now with either the statement pieces or lots of layering with delicate chains. This trend is not weather related so go for it now and instantly update your daily “go to” look.

Stay tuned for more Fall 2014 Fashion Trends…..
