With fall right around the corner, it’s important we start putting our summer wardrobe away and making room for the new trends to come. This season, we’re seeing some familiar trends but also some that may shock you. Here are 3 top fall trends you’re going to want to keep your eye out for.
Sock Shoes:
Yes…you read correctly. This trend hit the runways hard this year and everyone is talking about it. A modified version of the high ankle boot, and far more comfortable, this will be a must this year. We’ve seen it with both pumps and sandals and at all price points. Because the sock is tight with no gaps, like a leather version, it is super flattering for your legs, especially when paired with a short or midi dress.
Patchwork:
This trend is back in all fabrics this fall. This is a great way to mix fabrics, textures, and prints all in one. I’ve noticed a lot of patchwork in the denim world – I think it’s a great twist on a classic style.
Gold:
This season we can all be golden girls. With just a little bit of glamour for everyday wear, this color can take an outfit from mediocre to chic instantly. It’s also great transitional wear from day to nighttime: take a gold blouse and pair it with jeans for day then slip on a skirt and you’re ready for a night out on the town.
