Add a Pop-of-Color this Spring

by Mar 4, 2015blog0 comments

As many of you know, I’m a big fan of building a wardrobe that includes a foundation of neutrals. A great fitting pair of black pants, a selection of jeans in various cuts and a well-fitting blouses in white or ivory give you the chance to mix and match with other pieces in your wardrobe. Then comes the fun part. Accessorizing and mixing up these outfits allows you to be your creative self. Maybe a great statement necklace or a scarf works for you one day, and one of my other favorite ways to add a pop of color is using a bright colored shoe.

I’ve found so many fantastic shoes for you this Spring! From the super popular sport sandals and ballet flats in great colors to strappy heels and slip-ons. Recently I came across two similar pairs of bright strappy heels that I thought would go great with black pants for work or your favorite skinny or bootcut jeans, and perfect with the Spring skirt! Even a simple black or white dress for evening would look great with these. What would you call them? Raspberry? Pinky coral? Flame red?  Regardless, I think they’re adorable and am contemplating a new pair for myself.

Use these fun heels to add a pop of color to your outfit. Flattering, fun and not too fancy – and they’re perfect for day or night. Looking for another color or more recommendations? Email me to set up a personal shopping appointment with me.
